1. Who we are

Dash2Wheel (“we”, “us”) operates two services on one platform: D2W Travel AI, software sold to travel agencies on a subscription, and D2W Outstation Cab, a marketplace that connects travellers with independent fleet operators and their drivers. These terms apply to both, and to anyone who visits our websites.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. Agency accounts are not open to self-registration: you submit a request, we verify your business (including KYC documents such as GSTIN, PAN or a registration certificate where applicable), and an account is created only after we approve it. We may decline a request without giving reasons.

You are responsible for everything done under your login and for keeping your password confidential. Tell us immediately at info@dash2wheel.com if you believe an account has been misused.

3. Subscriptions, trials and billing

• A free trial, where offered, begins when we approve your account — not when you submit the form.
• Paid plans are billed in advance for the period shown on your invoice. Prices are in Indian Rupees and exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
• Each plan includes a fixed number of user seats. Exceeding your seat count requires an upgrade.
• Subscriptions are invoiced directly today and settled by bank transfer or UPI. If we introduce online card payment, it will be handled by a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
• If a subscription is not renewed, access to the software ends at the close of the paid period. Your data is retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Our role in cab bookings

For cab journeys we act as an intermediary. The transport itself is provided by an independent fleet operator and driver, who are responsible for the vehicle’s roadworthiness, permits, insurance and the conduct of the journey. We are responsible for the platform: the quoted fare, the booking record, and the support we commit to.

Current status. Our outstation cab service is being launched city by city. Where we do not yet have an operator on the ground we accept an enquiry only — we will not take a booking or a payment for a journey we cannot fulfil, and we will tell you clearly which of the two is happening.

5. Fares, quotations and taxes

Cab fares quoted on our site are all-inclusive of the components listed with the quote (base fare, driver allowance and applicable taxes) and exclude anything shown as excluded, such as tolls, parking, permits and state entry fees paid en route, and any waiting time beyond the free allowance. A quotation is valid for the period stated on it. Extra kilometres or hours beyond the booked package are charged at the published rate.

Quotations generated by agencies using D2W Travel AI are contracts between that agency and its own customer. We supply the tool; the agency is responsible for what it quotes and sells.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation windows and refund timelines are set out in our Refunds & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not use the platform for anything unlawful, or to carry prohibited or dangerous goods.
• Do not attempt to breach, probe or overload our systems, or to access data that is not yours.
• Do not scrape, resell or republish our fares, content or software without written permission.
• Do not misrepresent your identity, your business, or a customer’s consent to be contacted.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately for a breach of this section.

8. Intellectual property

The platform, its software, design and content belong to Dash2Wheel. A subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your own business while the subscription is active. Content you upload remains yours; you grant us the licence needed to host and process it in order to run the service.

9. Availability

We work to keep the platform available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, supplier outages and events outside our control can interrupt it. Where a written service-level agreement exists in an enterprise contract, that agreement prevails over this clause.

10. Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of the services in any twelve month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of business.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the platform at any time and may ask us to close your account. We may suspend or close an account for non-payment, for a breach of these terms, or where required by law. We will give notice where it is reasonable to do so.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised, and material changes affecting subscribers will be notified by email before they take effect.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any right you have to bring a claim in another forum under consumer protection law.
