Which cities do you run outstation cabs in?+

We are launching city by city rather than claiming national coverage we do not have. Where an operator is already on the ground you get an instant, itemised fare and can book. Everywhere else the site takes an enquiry — we quote you by phone and confirm only once a vehicle is genuinely available. We would rather tell you no than take a booking we cannot honour.

Can a travel agency sign up on its own?+

No — and that is deliberate. You send us a request, we verify the business (GSTIN, PAN or registration certificate, as applicable), and we create the account after approval. The free-trial clock starts on approval, not on the form. It keeps the network of agencies on the platform a real one.

What does the AI actually do — and can it invent a price?+

It cannot. The assistant reads a plain-language request and then calls the platform’s own typed APIs to search and price. Every number on a quotation comes from a priced search result, not from the language model. If a supplier returns nothing, the agent says so rather than filling the gap.

How do fleet partners get paid?+

Completed trips settle to your wallet net of commission, on a double-entry ledger you can read line by line, and payouts are released from there. Settlement terms are agreed in writing when you are onboarded — we are still a young network, so we would rather set that with you than publish a number we might have to change.

Is there a mobile app?+

Not yet. An Android app for customers, vendors and drivers is in development. Everything works in the browser today, and we would rather say “coming soon” than put a store button on the page that leads nowhere.

What is included in a cab fare?+

The base fare, driver allowance and applicable taxes for the itinerary you booked. Tolls, parking, state permits and entry fees paid on the road are excluded, and are shown as excluded on every quote. Extra kilometres or hours beyond the booked package are charged at the published rate.

Who owns the data an agency puts into the platform?+

The agency does. We process it to run the service, we do not sell it, and it is never shown to another tenant. Signed-in users can export or erase their data from inside the product; see the Privacy Policy.

Can we run it under our own brand?+

Yes. A white-label customer gets their own domain, logo, colours, contact details and legal pages — with their address on every quotation, voucher and invoice. Vyapaarx Travels runs exactly that way today.
